Nisarga is the development organisation of the Franciscan Missionaries of Mary at Hosadurga in Karnataka's Chitradurga district. Its programmes centre on watershed development, including the Sujala and NABARD watershed projects, along with rural water supply and sanitation, community tank management and livelihood security for the rural poor. It also organises village self-help groups, farmers' clubs and children's clubs, with skill training and women's counselling on the side.
