Aatapi Seva Foundation
Works on livelihoods, health and disability inclusion across villages of Bharuch district
Aatapi Seva Foundation grew out of a 2009 baseline study of four villages in Jambusar taluka and now works across 111 villages spanning Bharuch, Vadodara and Dadra and Nagar Haveli districts. A Section 8 nonprofit whose name comes from a Pali word for diligent hard work, it runs programmes in women's empowerment, sustainable agriculture and climate resilience, youth skills, public health and nutrition, and inclusion of persons with disabilities.
