Officially established in 1973 by the Brotherhood of the Ascended Christ (the Cambridge Mission working in Delhi since 1877), the Delhi Brotherhood Society runs schools for slum children, night shelters, a boys' home, women's empowerment programmes, vocational training centres and work among the elderly, prisoners and leprosy-affected across the capital.
