Hare Krishna Movement Ahmedabad (HKM Ahmedabad) is a Krishna-consciousness temple organisation, part of the wider Hare Krishna Movement founded in Ahmedabad in 2007, with its temple complex in Bhadaj near Science City. Guided by the principle that no one should go hungry within 10 miles of its temples, it runs Annadana — a large-scale free meal programme feeding the poor, daily-wage labourers and hospital patients nutritious vegetarian food. It also operates a gaushala caring for several hundred cows, alongside spiritual and cultural programming rooted in Vedic teachings.
