Code to Enhance Learning teaches children in grades 4 to 9 to treat coding as a way of solving local problems, building critical thinking, creativity and perseverance rather than screen skills alone. Based in Ahmedabad, it runs student and teacher coding programmes on an open-source curriculum, the national CEL Kids Hackathon and Code on Wheels, a mobile computer lab for rural and tribal areas.
