Esther Learning Foundation (Esther Foundation) is a Hyderabad, Telangana-based nonprofit registered in March 2021 by Ravali Pidaparthi and Nitisha Pandey, following a year of interviews with first-generation-college-going women from small towns. It exists to enable young adult women, especially from Dalit and Adivasi communities, to have an active voice in their career and life choices, including a fellowship programme that has helped women find roles at companies such as Accenture, TCS and Genpact.
