Dilasa Sanstha is a Yavatmal-based voluntary development organisation working with smallholder farmers, largely from Scheduled Tribes, in the Vidarbha and Marathwada regions of Maharashtra. It revives the traditional phad system of diversion-based irrigation, runs watershed development, seed banks and self-help group programmes, and works on women's empowerment.
