The Centre for Action on Disabled Rights & Empowerment (CADRE) is a disabled people's organisation founded in 2000 by persons with disabilities. From Hyderabad it works across Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Odisha on education, health, skill development and disability rights, with projects including market-oriented skills training and entrepreneurship development for persons with disabilities.
