Seven Sisters Development Assistance (SeSTA) was conceived in 2011 to catalyse development in North East India through improved livelihood systems for rural communities. It is registered under the Societies Registration Act 1860 and headquartered in Guwahati, Assam. Its work spans agriculture, livestock and women's collectives across districts of Assam, Meghalaya and Tripura.
