What began in 2004 as volunteers teaching rugby to children in Mumbai's slum neighbourhoods is now a registered trust using sport to open doors for low-income youth. It identifies promising players, provides free coaching by certified trainers along with kit and nutrition, and pairs the sport with education and mental-health support.
