CEQUIN — the Centre for Equity and Inclusion — has worked since 2009 to shift the culture that permits gender violence and discrimination. Its programmes include Kickstart Equality, which develops girls' leadership through football; Mardon Wali Baat, engaging men and boys; Mahila Panchayat women's collectives; and Badhte Kadam career-skills training, all built on a rights-based, sport-for-development approach.
