Ikka Learning Foundation is a not-for-profit company (12A, 80G, CSR-1 and NGO Darpan registered) incorporated on 19 January 2023 and based in Hyderabad, founded by development-sector professionals Sruthi Manasa Kunnel, Kishore Vodapally and Aditya Bandari. It runs Women's Learning Centres — safe, inclusive spaces in Hyderabad, Visakhapatnam and surrounding rural areas — that equip women from marginalised communities with the mindset, knowledge, skills and support needed for personal and financial wellbeing, entrepreneurship and leadership. The Foundation has set a public goal of positively impacting 50,000 women by 2030.
