Himmotthan Society, established in 2007 in Dehradun as the successor to Tata Trusts' Himmothan Pariyojana, works across more than 2,000 villages in Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh, helping rural women build dairy-farmer federations, milk-quality enterprises and other livestock-based livelihoods.
