Dev Bhoomi Samiti is a Dehradun-based NGO founded in 2015 to empower underprivileged children, youth and women through education, healthcare and livelihood programmes. Since 2019 it has focused on a leprosy colony in Tapovan, providing nutrition, healthcare and emotional support to elderly residents facing stigma and discrimination. It also runs rapid disaster-response distribution of food, shelter and medical aid, along with scholarships and women's self-help groups across Uttarakhand and Himachal Pradesh.
