Karunyavarsham Charitable Trust, started in 2011 and registered in 2013 in Kochi, provides free meals, medicine and shelter to poor patients, and runs the SAHAI integrated palliative home-care programme along with a short-stay home for cancer patients in Ernakulam.
Karunyavarsham Charitable Trust reports the following, on its own site:
- Hospital Without Hunger programme scaled from 7,800 meals/year in 2011 to 1,50,000 meals per year today
