CanSupport
CanSupport, founded in 1996 by cancer survivor Harmala Gupta, runs India's largest free home-based palliative care programme for people with advanced cancer, alongside outpatient clinics, day care and counselling. It reports 6,174 patients served through home care and 46,881 home visits in 2024–25.
CanSupport reports the following, on its own site:
- 6,174 patients and 18,500 family caregivers served in home-based palliative care (2024-25)
- 46,881 home visits and 38,398 teleconsultations (2024-25)
- 22,831 patients helped across 65 hospitals (2024-25)
- 4,644 patients attended 200 day-care sessions (2024-25)
