Helping Hand Foundation (HHF) was founded in Hyderabad in 2007 by Mujtaba Hasan Askari. It runs primary health care centres in slums, patient help desks at government hospitals, free dialysis centres and a rehabilitation, palliative and geriatric care facility, and regularly publishes surveys on healthcare access for the urban poor.
