Pheroza Bilimoria is the founding trustee of PALCARE (The Jimmy S Bilimoria Foundation) (2015)[1], an Indian non-profit working on palliative & cancer care, healthcare and elderly from Mumbai.

PALCARE was set up in 2015 by The Jimmy S Bilimoria Foundation, created in memory of Jimmy Soli Bilimoria after his battle with cancer exposed how few Mumbai patients could get palliative care at home. Its multidisciplinary teams of doctors, nurses and counsellors make home visits across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region, caring for people with cancer, kidney failure, strokes and other life-limiting illnesses entirely free of cost, and training caregivers in the process.
