War Wounded Foundation

Founded by Lt Gen Vijay Oberoi and Maj Gen Ian Cardozo, the foundation works for the roughly 40,000 war-disabled personnel of the Army, Navy and Air Force. It creates long-term avenues for financial independence through skills training, self-employment support and advocacy.
