Works with Munda Adivasi women across Torpa and Rania blocks of Khunti district on climate-smart and natural farming, lac cultivation, para-veterinary training and self-help group enterprises. It also runs a nursery school, a school for first-generation learners and a working women's hostel, and holds an annual Tribal Women's Collective at Torpa.
