SWAN Welfare Association was established in Pune in August 2023 by social-development professionals and community leaders bringing more than 12 years of grassroots experience. It works with vulnerable and marginalised communities on community mobilisation, health promotion, HIV prevention, social inclusion, human rights advocacy and livelihood development. Its founders describe its vision as building an inclusive, equitable and empowered society.
