Founded by A. Aloysius in 1993 in Tiruppur, SAVE works to eliminate child labour and secure fair labour standards in the town's knitwear industry. Its units include a Child Rights Cell, a Women's Development Centre, a Labour Resource Centre and vocational training, together pushing for Child Labour Free Zones across the garment belt.
