InShakti Foundation is a skilling-focused non-profit founded in 2014 and headquartered in Sector 3, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, working to close India's skills gap through education, empowerment and employment for disadvantaged youth and women across Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan, Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal and Gujarat. Its programmes include Vyapower, an entrepreneurship programme for young women; Project Poonji, supporting local women entrepreneurs; Badey Sapne, a development programme for government schools; and Agla Kadam, which delivers vocational-skills training for employability and, for women, paths to financial independence.
