Kutumb — 'family' — works in villages around Varanasi under a One World One Family ethos, running community health programmes for children and mothers, child development and education work centred on its Kutumb Village, and women's upskilling that links training to jobs. It reports tens of thousands of beneficiaries across its health outreach.

- 1400+ Children received free elementary education under Baawaldi
