UVARD is a Hyderabad-based federation of organisations working on disability across the districts of Telangana. It builds member organisations' capacity through training and resource sharing, conducts workshops and research on rehabilitation, including recent sessions on tech and non-tech job roles for neurodivergent people, and positions itself as an advisory body to state and central welfare departments.
