SCK was founded in 1996 by professionals from law, health, engineering and social work to serve Telangana's rural and urban poor. Its integrated programmes take in education, health, human rights and skills, with recent campaigns including a 44-day child-labour eradication drive in Kurnool and awareness work on self-help-group bank linkage and agriculture.
