Sikshasandhan has worked since 1995 as a resource centre for education in Odisha, developing multilingual learning materials in tribal languages such as Saura, Desiya and Juang and training thousands of teachers to deliver mother-tongue-based schooling to tribal children, particularly in Mayurbhanj district.
