Sarthak Manav Kushthashram (SMK), Jaipur, has served disabled and cured persons affected by leprosy since starting its activities at Galta in 1986. Managed by an elected body of leprosy-affected persons themselves, it runs dispensaries in Jaipur, Jodhpur and Ajmer, DOTS centres, vocational training and socio-economic rehabilitation programmes.
