Sadaya Foundation works with Korku tribal children in Melghat, where Marathi-only government schools leave Korku-speaking children behind. Its Dostighar learning centres, run inside villages by local fellow-educators, teach in the Korku mother tongue and bridge children into Marathi-medium schooling with bilingual books, songs and games, alongside health camps and cooked meals. Led by Korku community leader Premdaya Kasdekar with founder Pradeep David, it also runs ecotourism cottages in Chikhaldara whose proceeds fund the centres.
