Nanritam

Nanritam, whose name means 'the truth', was formed by a group of philanthropists — several of them ophthalmologists — at Barandanga in response to the poor healthcare available in that remote pocket of West Bengal. Its campus is in Barandanga village, Para block, Purulia district, with a city office in Kolkata, and its work spans eye care and healthcare, research, publishing and school education through the Filix School of Education.
