MPVSS works with persons with disabilities across eight districts of Madhya Pradesh from its base in Ujjain, and says it has reached over 70,000 people. Its institutions include special schools, a college of special education, a vocational training centre, residential hostels, a respite care home and therapeutic units, alongside community-based rehabilitation and linkage to government schemes. The organisation has received a national award for its work.
