Born out of a 2003 street play staged by theatre professional Amit Sinha with 14 street children, Jamghat runs residential care homes (Aman for boys, Anchal for girls) and a day care centre near Jama Masjid in Delhi. It brings street children into the mainstream through education, care and theatre, and works to reunite them with their families.
