Sruti Mohapatra is the founder of Swabhiman[1], an Indian non-profit working on disability and human rights from Bhubaneswar.

Swabhiman (State disABILITY Information And Resource Centre) advocates for a human-rights-based approach to disability, running disability awareness, access audits, rights advocacy, inclusive education and disaster-mitigation programmes across Odisha and South Asia.
Swabhiman reports the following, on its own site:
- 1,370 youth volunteers trained in 2022-23, actively involved in Swabhiman's disability-inclusion programmes
