CLAP, the Committee for Legal Aid to Poor, is a legal service institute based in Cuttack, Odisha. It works on access to justice, media freedom, governance, sexual and reproductive health rights, trafficking, child and women's rights, food and livelihood rights, the rights of persons with disability, environmental justice and disaster relief, through legal services and advisory work, public interest litigation, legal research, training, campaigns and advocacy, mediation and conciliation, fact-finding and a fellowship for lawyers and social activists.
