Sanjaya Pradhan is the co-founder of Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association (IDEA)[1], an Indian non-profit working on disability and livelihood from New Delhi.

Sanjaya Pradhan is a co-founder of the Inclusive Divyangjan Entrepreneur Association (IDEA), a New Delhi-based organisation that builds livelihood and entrepreneurship support for persons with disabilities in India. He is listed among its core team alongside the founder and chief executive Mallikarjuna Iytha and the chairperson Lieutenant General S. M. Mehta.

IDEA is based at Dwarka in New Delhi and describes its aim as fostering an enabling ecosystem for persons with disabilities, with a stated target of incubating 5,000 nano-entrepreneurs and facilitating 10,000 jobs by 2028. Its support runs from training through incubation to market access.

Its programmes include the Divyangjan Incubation Centre, a nine-month structured course covering orientation, ideation, business establishment, network building and extended mentoring; the Divyangjan India app and portal, which carries training modules in Indian languages, job listings and business resources; and the DHAN Network, a community-led financing and peer support network for entrepreneurs with disabilities. Campaigns include Sugamya Delhi Abhiyan, which aims to make Delhi fully accessible by 2028 through accessibility audits, a ramp-building mission and a 'Purple Certification' scheme, and the NAMo Sugamya Yatra, a nationwide accessibility and entrepreneurship roadshow. The organisation reports having supported around 2,000 entrepreneurs.[2][3][4]

Formed in 2019, IDEA runs an incubation programme for entrepreneurs with disabilities and a job-matching portal, Divyangjan India, connecting employers with disabled job seekers. It has been recognised as a portfolio organisation of The/Nudge Institute's incubation network.
