Ms Sharmistha Sen is the co-founder of Victory Sports Foundation [1], an Indian non-profit working on sports and women & children from Chennai.

Victory Sports Foundation

Victory Sports Foundation (VSF) was started in Chennai in 2004 on the premise that no child should be denied the right to play. It uses football and boxing as tools to engage underprivileged children in structured training that emphasises teamwork, fair play and life-skill development. The foundation runs programmes and school hubs across Chennai and other Tamil Nadu locations including Cheyyar, Yelagiri and Bargur.
