Impulse NGO Network

Impulse NGO Network works to ensure equal human rights for women and children through its Impulse Model, a rights-based framework combining prevention, protection, policing, rescue, rehabilitation and reintegration. Headquartered in Shillong, it runs anti-trafficking and anti-child-labour programmes across all eight Northeast Indian states.
