Shrimad Rajchandra Mission Dharampur (SRMD), founded by Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshji, is a spiritual organisation headquartered in Dharampur, Gujarat. Through Shrimad Rajchandra Love and Care it runs a multispecialty charitable hospital inaugurated by the Prime Minister in 2022, a women's centre of excellence, animal care facilities and community welfare programmes for the tribal belt of south Gujarat.

In 2018 it distributed educational aids worth Rs. 7 crores to approximately 2.25 lakh under-privileged students across India.
In 2018, over 1 lakh tribals were treated through its medical outreach programme, over 750 newborns were treated at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital and over 1000 safe deliveries took place there.
Its 250-bed charitable Shrimad Rajchandra Hospital in Dharampur, South Gujarat, was virtually inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
