Geeta Arora is the founding trustee of Adharshila Trust [1], an Indian non-profit working on livelihood, education and healthcare from New Delhi.

Adharshila Trust works across Delhi-NCR's informal settlements, including Govind Puri, Kalkaji and Sangam Vihar, running education, healthcare and vocational-skills programmes and holding special consultative status with the UN Economic and Social Council.

3,50,000+ beneficiaries reached (2004–March 2025)
620 households solar-powered in a village on the banks of the Yamuna (2020–21)
7,000 individuals reached per year through 30–40 outreach sessions in slums, schools and colleges
350 students trained per year at the Bharti Computer Center vocational program
