Dr. Joyce Siromoni is the founder secretary of Paripurnata [1], an Indian non-profit working on mental health and women & children from Kolkata.

A halfway home in Kolkata offering psychosocial rehabilitation to women recovering from mental illness, many of whom arrive from state hospitals with no family contact. Residents receive care, training and support until they can be reunited with relatives or reintegrated into society; the organisation marked its silver jubilee in 2017.
