Sparsh Hospice was established in September 2011 as an initiative of the Rotary Club of Banjara Hills, under the Rotary Club of Banjara Hills Charitable Trust. It provides free physical, psychological, spiritual and social care for people with life-limiting illnesses through an 82-bed hospice facility at Khajaguda, a fleet of home-care units and out-patient clinics in Telangana. It publishes annual, quarterly and FCRA reports on its website.
