Reunited 1140 mentally-ill roadside destitutes with their families across India in 2024, after treatment and recovery at its Karjat centre.

Its Karjat rehabilitation centre, opened in 2006 with capacity for 60 roadside destitutes, has been scaled up to house 120 at a time.

During the 2020 Covid lockdown it distributed 5611 dry grain kits, each sufficing for over a month, among the most vulnerable sections (tribals, handicapped, widows, migrants, below-poverty-line villagers) in the Karjat zilla, while still reuniting 309 patients with their families that year.
