The Keshav Suri Foundation was launched on 13 October 2018, a month after the reading down of Section 377, by hotelier and LGBTQIA+ rights advocate Keshav Suri. It runs employability and skilling programmes, free mental health counselling and workplace sensitisation work for the LGBTQIA+ community and other marginalised groups. It is the Indian affiliate of the It Gets Better Project and works with Pride Circle and Stonewall UK on the India Workplace Equality Index.
