GoodBye Leprosy
Coalition of civil-society groups working to end leprosy and support those affected by it in India
GoodBye Leprosy (GBL) is a registered trust, based in Bengaluru, that brings together civil-society organisations working to end leprosy in India and support people affected by it. Registered since 2013 with 80G, 12A and CSR-1 status, GBL works to strengthen national leprosy policy and programme implementation, particularly in neglected geographies where the disease persists. Its activities include collecting and analysing on-ground data on leprosy colonies and affected communities, running public sensitisation programmes including in schools, and supporting the rehabilitation and social inclusion of leprosy-affected people and their families. SECURITY NOTE: goodbyeleprosy.org is HIJACKED — the live site now serves 10+ hidden off-screen (`position:absolute`) divs plus openly published blog posts promoting UK online casino/gambling content ("1 Pound Minimum Deposit Casinos UK 2026", "no KYC crypto casinos", etc.), confirmed via hijack-scan.mjs (verdict EXCLUDE) and manual HTML review. Website field blanked; org kept in as it is a real, independently-registered (80G/12A/CSR-1/Darpan) trust.
