Ghaswala Vision Foundation is a public charitable trust founded by Percy Ghaswala on 1 June 2002 to fight corneal blindness among India's abandoned poor. It connects underprivileged and destitute patients — many found homeless or abandoned near hospitals — to partner charitable eye hospitals and clinics that perform free corneal and cataract surgeries. The Foundation's work is concentrated in Mumbai and Navi Mumbai, with operations extending to Pune, Patna and parts of Bihar and Madhya Pradesh. Beyond restoring sight, it works to rehabilitate patients back into society as self-sufficient, employable citizens.
