Apex Kidney Foundation is a charitable trust registered with the Charity Commissioner in Mumbai under the Bombay Public Trusts Act, 1950. It subsidises dialysis, AV fistula surgery, medicines and post-transplant care for kidney patients, and runs public screening camps and education programmes. During the 2020 lockdown it worked with the BMC and IIT Bombay on a portal that placed Covid-positive dialysis patients in available slots.
