The Association for the Mentally Challenged (AMC) has provided lifelong support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families in Bengaluru for over five decades, reaching more than 2,200 beneficiaries. It is recognised as only the second national-level institution of its kind in the country. AMC's programmes are run by trained staff supported by volunteers and donors.
