Shri. P N Devarajan is the founder of Centre for Social Initiative and Management (CSIM)[1], an Indian non-profit working on education and livelihood from Chennai.

Centre for Social Initiative and Management (CSIM)

CSIM has been training social entrepreneurs since 2000, with more than three thousand aspirants mentored and over two hundred helped to establish their own organisations. It offers courses in social entrepreneurship and intrapreneurship from centres in Chennai, Bengaluru, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kanpur and Mumbai, and publishes journals profiling grassroots change agents.
