Grameen Sahara
Grameen Sahara is a not-for-profit registered as a society in 2002 and based in Kamrup district, Assam. It works on the promotion and strengthening of sustainable livelihoods with poor and disadvantaged families across districts of Assam and Meghalaya. Its work includes handloom yarn banks, natural farming training and grassroots producer institutions.
Grameen Sahara reports the following, on its own site:

- 3,022 villages
- 12,250 grassroot institutions
