Nitesh Misal is the founder of Aarine Foundation [1], an Indian non-profit working on women & children, education and livelihood from Navi Mumbai.

Aarine Foundation in Navi Mumbai centres its work on women, particularly single mothers and widows from low-income communities, training them in trades such as tailoring, beauty work and jewellery making so they can earn on their own. Its projects also cover digital literacy, women's safety and rights awareness under Project Shakti, health services through Project Arogya and education support for children and adolescent girls.
